Who We Are
Krushika is a managed farmland developer and farming community platform based in Bangalore, Karnataka. We develop agricultural land projects where individuals own legally registered farmland, while cultivation, maintenance, and long-term land stewardship are handled through professional management systems.
Our work integrates agriculture, land development, sustainability, design, and hospitality, enabling farmland communities that are not only productive, but also usable, experiential, and relevant over the long term.
Krushika was created to address a core limitation in conventional farmland development — land that exists only as a static asset, without identity, activity, or long-term engagement.
What We Do
Krushika works across the full lifecycle of farmland development:
- Identification and acquisition of agricultural land
- Legal structuring with clear ownership documentation
- Development of access, water, and farm infrastructure
- Professional farm and land management
- Integration of hospitality and destination planning where appropriate
Our projects are designed for individuals and families who seek real agricultural land ownership, supported by structured operations and responsible stewardship.
Our Philosophy
We believe land creates enduring value when it is actively used, responsibly managed, and meaningfully experienced.
Rather than treating farmland as a speculative real estate product, Krushika approaches land as a long-term asset that benefits from:
- Sustainable agricultural practices
- Thoughtful spatial and environmental planning
- Clear governance and transparency
- Optional experiential and hospitality integration
This philosophy informs every project we undertake.
Visionary Promoters
Krushika was conceived by SN Ramesh and CH Ramesh, pioneers in hospitality-led destination development with a proven track record spanning over two decades.
They are the visionaries behind some of South India's most distinctive nature-based hospitality destinations, including:
- Guhantara
- Shilhaandara
- Siri Nature Roosts
- Jhari Eco Stay
Their work is widely recognised for its architectural originality, thematic depth, and seamless integration of nature, culture, and experience.
The Origin of the Krushika Idea
The idea of integrating hospitality within farmland communities emerged organically from decades of destination-building experience.
SN Ramesh and CH Ramesh observed that:
- Land gains relevance when it becomes a destination
- Hospitality introduces sustained activity, identity, and footfall
- Design and storytelling shape long-term demand
- Agriculture, when paired with experiential use, becomes more resilient and meaningful
These insights led to the conception of Krushika — a platform that applies hospitality-led thinking to agricultural land development while preserving legal integrity and agricultural integrity.
From Vision to Continuity
While the conceptual foundation of Krushika was laid by its promoters, the platform today is carried forward by a leadership and execution team responsible for scale, governance, and long-term stewardship.
Krushika draws its authority from decades of executed destinations, and continues to evolve through disciplined execution, professional management, and responsible expansion across regions.
Directors
Krushika's growth and operational excellence are driven by a dedicated leadership team with deep expertise in sales, technology, and people management.
